Day 1, Sun, 02.03.2025: Skytrain adventures

Upon your morning arrival in Bangkok, your Marco Polo guide will greet you at the airport and take you to the hotel (early check-in included). After taking a few moments to have a shower and relax, it’s time for your first discovery tour! Just like the locals, you’ll take the Skytrain right into the city centre. If you’re hungry, don’t worry – Thailand is a paradise of culinary delights! You’ll try some of these at a traditional restaurant. Later, get ready to enjoy the breathtaking view from the rooftop bar Above Eleven. On the 33rd floor, you’ll be mesmerised by the never-ending sea of lights while sipping on a delicious cocktail. What a great way to kick off an unforgettable gay holiday!

Bangkok at night

Day 2, Mon, 03.03.2025: City of angels

If you’re an early riser, why not head to Lumphini Park? This is where the Bangkok locals start the day with tai chi and yoga. After a hearty breakfast, get ready for another exciting city tour. Hop on the Skytrain and then on a long-tail boat – our first stop is Khlong Bang Luang, the unique floating market. Next, you’ll take the express boat across the Chao Phraya River to Wat Pho with its iconic temple towers, the Royal Palace, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Once you’ve taken dozens of photos, you’ll take the express boat back down the river and still have plenty of time to explore the many “shopping temples” in Bangkok: Siam Paragon, MBK Centre or Terminal 21 close to the hotel – each one has its own unique flair. In the evening, you’ll take an enchanting boat trip on the city’s numerous canals.

Historic city of Ayutthaya

Day 3, Tue, 04.03.2025: Temple exploration

Day three of your gay adventure takes you on an excursion to the magnificent temple ruins of the former capital and historic city of Ayutthaya. Up for a night on the town after your Thai history lesson? Of course – we’re in Bangkok after all! Everything is possible in this bustling metropolis – try all kinds of delicious street food in the alleyways of Chinatown, go clubbing all night in Southeast Asia’s hippest venues, and everything in between!

Shadow puppet play

Day 4, Wed, 05.03.2025: The call of the jungle

After a good night’s sleep, you’ll embark on the long overland journey to the south of Thailand. Shortly after leaving Bangkok, you’re in the middle of the picturesque countryside. In Samut Songkhram you’ll visit some more amazing Thai markets. The local market here is a must-see! It’s held on the railway tracks – when a train isn’t rattling through, of course! On a long-tailed boat, you’ll also weave through the town’s bustling floating market. Afterwards, you’re in for a special treat: a traditional shadow puppet play at Khanon Temple. Inspired and full of energy, you’ll continue by bus and boat to your next unforgettable experience – two nights in a floating hotel. River water showers, candlelight and jungle sounds all included – rainforest romance!

Spend two nights in a floating hotel

Day 5, Thu, 06.03.2025: On the River Kwai

Time to relax! Spend the morning at your leisure before we set off to explore the scenic River Kwai on bamboo rafts or SUP boards. What an amazing contrast to floating markets and buzzing city streets! In the evening, you’ll have more time to relax and enjoy another cosy evening by the warm light of the flickering oil lamps in our enchanting floating hotel. Gay holidays don’t get any better than this…

Day 6, Fri, 07.03.2025: Travelling on the Death Railway

Off you go by boat and bus to Kanchanaburi in the morning. There you’ll board the legendary Death Railway. As the train jolts along the lush green shores of the River Kwai, your guide tells you the tragic story of this one-of-a-kind railway line. Make sure not to eat too much at breakfast – upon your arrival, you’ll be cooking Thai food with the other guys! Under the guidance of our charming hostess Noi and her team, you’ll chop and sauté an array of colourful ingredients for your dinner. Make sure you remember the recipe so that you can cook the same dish back home and impress your friends and family with the skills you’ve learned on your gay holiday!

Iconic bridge on the River Kwai

Day 7, Sat, 08.03.2025: Cinematic adventures

Lights, camera, ACTION! Today, you’ll visit the iconic bridge on the River Kwai where you’ll learn about its history and cultural significance. Afterwards, you can refresh your knowledge of the Death Railway at the Death Railway Museum. You’ll then continue to the coastal district of Pranburi. What could be nicer than a sundowner on the nearby tropical beach?

Phraya Nakhon Cave

Day 8, Son, 09.03.2025: Natural beauty at its best

Sam Roi Yot National Park is waiting to be explored. Let’s go! You’ll pass the quaint fishing village of Bang Pu by boat, then dock at the beaches of the spectacular national park for an exciting tour on land. On foot, you’ll climb up a steep slope (approximately 450 metres in altitude) to the spectacular Phraya Nakhon Cave with its mystical cave temple. The magnificent view is definitely worth the athletic effort. Afterwards, it’s high time to take another dip in refreshing waters of the sea. This gay adventure keeps getting better!

Tang Wat Sai Temple

Day 9, Mon, 10.03.2025: On the Gulf of Siam

The journey south continues! Along the way, you’ll stop at the beautifully ornate teak temple of Ao Noi and Chong Krajok Mountain, which is home to countless mischievous monkeys. In the afternoon, you’ll head to the western province of Prachuap Khiri Khan. The impressive Wat Thang Sai temple complex sits atop Thong Chai Mountain – a spectacular view over the coast awaits you from up here. After a full day of nature and inspiring locations, it’s time to check into our accommodation for the night – close to the beach, of course!

Dream beaches

Day 10, Tue, 11.03.2025: Beach bonanza

You’ve finally reached the “real” south of the country. The dream beach of Thung Wua Laen beckons you with its palm trees and white sand. After a dip, you’ll continue to Chumphon where on the Khao Matsee viewing platform, you’ll feast your eyes on the glorious landscape and capture some amazing shots with your camera. How about another stop with a distinct holiday feel? Chumphon’s tropical beach is only a short drive away in a typical pick-up taxi. If the weather’s good, why not take a snorkelling trip to the offshore islands? In the evening, you can make your way to the popular night market, which attracts countless visitors with an array of Thai delicacies. Another full day of your gay tour comes to an end.

Gibbon monkey

Day 11, Wed, 12.03.2025: Adventures in the great outdoors

Time for a change of scenery: densely forested limestone mountains, deeply carved valleys, mysterious lakes and riversKhao Sok National Park is one of the most stunning places in Thailand. On a canoe tour, you’ll glide through the magical landscape, keeping an eye out for gibbons and magnificent tropical birds in the treetops. In the afternoon, it’s time to settle into your cosy chalet right by the river for two nights. The sounds of tropical wildlife are sure to lull you to sleep. The perfect way to relax.

Why Thailand?

  • Thailand is a popular holiday destination, and once you’ve seen it with your own eyes, you’ll understand why. Not only is the country itself an absolute dream, but the people, service and accommodations are simply beyond compare!

  • The island of Phuket is what people think of when they hear the word “paradise” – a picturesque coastline with never-ending white sandy beaches, summer temperatures, and breathtaking sunsets.

  • Friendliness is a way of life here. Everywhere you go, people just wave and smile at you. Their good mood is contagious. It’s hard NOT to be happy in Thailand!

  • Thai food is also a culinary delight – fresh ingredients, tropical fruits and delicate spices create unique flavours ranging from mild to spicy.

  • The tropical climate in Thailand is the best way to forget the bad weather back home.

  • As Buddhists, Thais are extremely tolerant and open-minded. In Buddhism, love between two people creates good karma – regardless of whether they are heterosexual, homosexual, pansexual, etc.

  • A ban on discrimination based on sexual orientation was enacted back in 2007.

  • Bangkok and Phuket offer a wide range of gay nightlife venues with a variety of bars, shows and clubs.

Hotels

During your gay holiday, you’ll be staying at a variety of hotels including the stylish Galleria 10 in Bangkok, the tropical Chanalai Garden in Phuket and the unforgettable River Kwai Jungle Rafts – a unique floating hotel surrounded by tropical jungle.

FEEDBACK

Derrik | USA

Bangkok is simply an amazing city. There is so much to see and experience that the city alone is worth a trip. But that was just the beginning of an exciting tour through a fascinating country with people who really know what hospitality is. An all-round feel-good holiday.

Ole | Sweden

This was my first gay group trip and at first I was a bit concerned about travelling with people I didn't know. But after just 5 minutes the ice was broken and we got on really well as if we had known each other for a long time. Our guide was also very attentive and introduced us to his home country in a wonderful and sensitive way.

Giuseppe | Italy

This trip to Thailand exceeded all my expectations. The group was surprisingly small and we got to know this wonderful country in a truly unique way - by train, boat and on hikes. A great mix of nature, culture, action, delicious food and lots of good humour. I will definitely be travelling with you again.
